Who We Hire
We seek engineers with defense industry experience who understand the constraints and realities of building software for operational environments. We value cleared personnel who can contribute to programs with security requirements from day one. We are also interested in people with operational backgrounds, including military, shipyard, first responder, and intelligence community experience, who are transitioning to or augmenting technical roles. The best defense software is built by teams that combine engineering skill with operational understanding.
